Hey! How did you get to $700 for Customer acquisition cost (CAC)? Monthly marketing cost is $1500-2000 and they get 20 paid customers.. should CAC be $75-100 per month? What am I missing? Thanks
I didn’t do the calculation it was offered by the owner in the video. I think he provided the CAC for the entire year vs per month, that's my mistake not clarifying it. I'll update the text thank you!
It’s an input when you can control it. For example you can control which ads you spend money on and how much you spend. You can control how often you message your customers, what kinds of messages you send or which channels you use.
